Exchange only, merchandise that is damaged or defective. Customers have 5 calendar days, from the date they received it, to notify customer service of a damaged or defective product. The item must then be securely repackaged in original packaging and a pick up will be scheduled. Once damaged item is received at Lorenzo's Home Furnishing's and assessed a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
